Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will address the issue and, if necessary, offer a re-clean at no additional charge.
