No. A $50 deposit holds your date and counts toward your total. Your card is saved through Stripe and the rest is charged after the cleaning.
48 hours or more before your cleaning: full deposit refund. 24 to 48 hours: we keep half the deposit. Less than 24 hours, or nobody home to let us in: the deposit is kept. Reschedules follow the same windows.

Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and our products are safe for kids and pets.
Yes, pets are welcome for a small extra fee of $15 per pet. Let us know about them so we can keep them safe.
We don't clean biohazards such as bodily fluids, needles, heavy animal waste or mold, and we don't do post-construction cleanup.
Tips are optional, and 100% go to the cleaners.
